Service Policy

1.The terms of service

The three guarantees applies to all terminal products(including: mobile phones, smart wearable devices, except shell and accessory) sold by LEDO.

2.The host warranty

  • The product ( please confirming while buying, except the nonreturnable goods) since the date of logistics receipt, the goods remains intact within 7 days, meanwhile, the packaging ,accessories and the appearance of the phone are in good condition, You can be supported “7 days return without reason”
  • Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if you find any non-human damage and show the test result of providing from our points of after-sales, you can choose to return or exchange the same model with same specification or enjoy free maintenance services.
  • Receipt within the 8th-15th day, if find any non-human damage and show the test result of providing from our points of after-sales, you can enjoy exchanging the same model with same specification or free maintenance services.
  • The goods since logistics receipt within one year, if find any fault of non-human damage, consumers can enjoy free repair in our service outlets.
  • The product may not be returned if the appearance will be found any wearing or scratch.
  • The commodity host since logistics receipt within one year, if find any fault of non-human damage and repaired twice, still can’t normally use, you can choose a free repair or provide effective repair records in the warranty card and contact our service people to confirm whether exchange product. If confirm, we’ll exchange your same model with same specifications or give to return.

3.The accessories warranty rules

  • Accompanied with the original charger has one year warranty, the original battery for six months, the original earphone for three months.
  • Separately buy the accessories (excluding film, shell, decoration and other protection accessories) will be provided the warranty service based on the corresponding accessories warranty

4.The warranty restriction

  • Over the warranty period
  • mobile phone casing, accessories and gifts will not be provide the Warranty Services.
  • Damaged because does not follow the product instruction to use and maintain.
  • Damage because of use mistakes, such as falling, squeezing and flooding.
  • Damage because of force majeure, such as flooding, fire, lighting, etc.
  • The machines repaired by non-authorized Ledo repair centers.
  • Use other accessories which not original from LEDO, cause the malfunction or accident.
  • The maintenance service is only for hardware, exclusive of all configuration and accessories, such as software, CD and user guide.
  • Exclusive of all problems caused by software, evaluate the problem is because of the hardware or software, Ledo will retain the final decision.
  • We are not responsible to recover the service out of the factory pattern. User has to provide the necessary software if requires to install it and Ledo will not assume any liability.
  • Listed above, if have any change, all should be by our latest relevant provisions or the update national relevant laws. Please refer to the specific terms of the warranty manual for the details.
